For me it hasn't worked that well because it hasn't gotten me into an REM Lucid state, maybe it's because i'm a deep sleeper, I don't know. The mask itself is a good idea but I wouldn't recommend this technology, i've also had a really hard time programming it on their website, you can read more reviews on amazon though. Joe
