It works incredibly well and you can just crack the egg open with a knife and scoop it out for your recipe (with quinoa, salad, soup etc.) It's incredibly efficient and uses steam to cook the eggs, and you don't have the egg mess to clean up afterwards at all which saves a lot of time and is nice. Overall cuisinart makes great products, this is my favorite kitchen appliance, makes cooking eggs easy and fast. Thanks for watching! - Joe
