To complicate the problem further, we have a combination of bad, low quality, chemically created oral care products that harm the pH and bacterial balance of the mouth as well as a diet that isn’t supportive of tooth and gum health.
A diet rich in sugars, acids and void of minerals is going to deteriorate and destroy the teeth faster than anything. These sugars and acids sitting on the teeth cause harm, and then we reach for our big brand toothpaste to wash this sugar or acid off the teeth and guess what happens? We remove the sugar or acid but then leave our teeth with a chemical residue that doesn’t allow for the natural probiotics to flourish in our mouth’s as they should. Sodium fluoride on the other hand is a chemical byproduct of aluminum production! That’s right. Aluminum, the metal.
I’m hoping that you can guess which form of ‘fluoride’ is actually beneficial for your teeth and which is not. Calcium fluoride in trace amounts does support the health of our teeth. Sodium fluoride on the other hand which is a chemical byproduct of aluminum (a toxic heavy metal) production process.
Not only was sodium fluoride the “healthy mineral” that was added to toothpastes and city water, starting in Grand Rapids, Michigan in the 1940’s.
In other words, there is natural fluoride (calcium fluoride) from the earth and there is chemically created, aluminum byproduct fluoride known as sodium fluoride.

The next time you see your dentist or talk to one ask them this question..
Which fluoride is best for our teeth? Sodium fluoride or calcium fluoride?

Step 2: Scrape Your Tongue!
Scraping your tongue with a tongue scraper is great for preserving the health of your mouth as a whole.
